Hi - I have nausea in the morning when I get up. It settles down after I eat something. What might be the issue? Sometimes I throw up after eating in the morning.

I had upper abdominal pain every day and causing symptoms like bloating after eating, upper middle abdomen tighten and upper left side also felt like swelling, stomach fullness even taking little amount of food and drinking 1 glass of water that too i drink after 30min completing my meal,weight loss,constipation after endoscopy done it shows i have haitus hernia and gerd.i attached photo here.but i had no symptoms of acid reflux,heart burn but mostly hiatal hernia cause reflux symptoms and heartburn. Is my symptoms due to hiatal hernia ,gerd or any other issue is there? I have attached my photo please see and tell me.

My 2.5 year old kid is having loose motion from yesterday. Started giving him entrogermina but seems of no use... he is passing motion twice in an hour. Pls suggest fast relief medication.

This is not a continuous pain, sometimes it is high and sometimes it is very low. And the pain is not in a specific part of the stomach, as it is changing the places in the whole abdomen

Recently got married, and my routine has been disturbed. Eventually it is taking time to get normalize.. But having few issues like burping a lot, and experiencing the pain in central lining of stomach.. i generally eat less and keep space.. but now i think food intake increased due to which the pressure is building up on the lining and making it pain.. so i am not sure about it exact cause.. this pain is from 4-5 days.. sometimes it fades away but sometimes it persist..
