Upper abdominal pain
I had upper abdominal pain every day and causing symptoms like bloating after eating, upper middle abdomen tighten and upper left side also felt like swelling, stomach fullness even taking little amount of food and drinking 1 glass of water that too i drink after 30min completing my meal,weight loss,constipation after endoscopy done it shows i have haitus hernia and gerd.i attached photo here.but i had no symptoms of acid reflux,heart burn but mostly hiatal hernia cause reflux symptoms and heartburn. Is my symptoms due to hiatal hernia ,gerd or any other issue is there? I have attached my photo please see and tell me.

Yes man your symptoms are because of gastroesophageal reflux disease and hiatus hernia. Start tab Lansoprazole 30 mg twice in a day empty stomach. Tab ranitidine 150 mg twice in a day. Syrup antacid 30 ml 3 times in a day after food. Get a complete blood count done.

Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. avoid spicy food and gas producing drinks. Have light meals instead of one single heavy meal. Don't bend or lie down immediately after meals keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Take an antacid when there is a need. Elevate the head of the bed 8 to 10 inches by putting pillows under the upper part of the matress. keep a check on your weight.
