Pressure in my right upper abdomen
Feeling pressure and fullness in upper right side of abdomen,below my ribs.
Got pain at the same place a month back, and it went after an hour.
Now i dont feel any pain but i can feel pressure at the spot.

Difficult to say without a clinical assessment. Ensure you do not stay in empty stomach for long, have a regular bowel habit without constipation and sleep well. No smoking, alcohol. Try common antacids. If your problem persists you may see a doctor. May require USG+/-LFT to rule out liver disease/gall stones.
