Can IBS pain happen in upper abdomen? What are the symtoms of IbS? Am a female 37 years old and a pain in upper abdomen happens after last day of my menstrual cycle. Have symptoms of acidity bloating abdomial cramp and diarhhea at times. Was advised rablet and cizaspa x. Also i inderwent an endoscopy in 2018 it was normal! Should i have to undergo endoscopy again? Having anxieties about other dieseased like zollinger sydrome gastrinoma and the symtomps similar with ibs. Plz help

I have gastritis after being treated for H Pylori. My ESR was at 21 in March and 23 in April now its at 35! Can this be a sign of reinfection? Or is it happening because of gastritis? What should I do to reduce inflammation level?
