Stomach Problems & Remedies

My wife has been going through with the hommeroids from few years, now the pain is very extensive due to which she is not able to have proper stool & it gives lot of pain. Looks like the hole of releasing stool is covered with two extra skin pieces which does not allow stool to release. She is scared of doctor's treatment but also is prefers lady doctor who can cure her pain & this problem without going through with surgical. Please suggest some best lady doctor for the same.

Whenever I eat peanuts, I tend to vomit all the food in around 2 hours time. I'm not really understanding why this is happening since only the last two months. I don't have any history of peanut allergy. Could it be that the peanuts I'm consuming a specific combination of foods causing this?

My husband is having jaundice from last 12 yrs. Last month suddenly his triglycerides increased to 437. We had been to a general physician and did ultrasound. The report says he has mild increase in Liver with grade 1 fatty changes. Is this curable? Will it have any severe impact on future? Will it impact on family planning?

I am suffering from heavy gastric anytime. That whether I am empty stomach or immediate after eating lunch, dinner, breakfast. Sometimes it reaches a level that I started gaining pain at chest & stomach as side effects. Earlier I was not obeying eating timings, but now whether I eat properly or not, it starts tightening my stomach. after taking meal gas comes out frequently through mouth even. Also dont know it's side effect or not, I am feeling very weak maximum times & feel having less energy for any work to carry out. I am a marketing professional & stay out of station. My present weight is 89 KG.

My friend has frequent hiccups and she gets 1 or 2 hiccups at a time and when the hiccups increases then she experiences head ache and vomiting sense. I would be better if we know whom to consult, i mean a doctor who is specialized in which field. Please do the needful.

He had been in a low fat diet from last 1 month. Still the TG is high. Can the fatty liver can reverse back to a normal liver ? What precautions he should take? Please suggest.

I do suffer from anxiety.and i could not sleep...and also i have problem wth bowel movements..i feel sleepy all the day..sometimes late in 2015 i thought i may have problem with my stomach so i checked and done blood reports and also usg and everthing came out to be normal...and i became too much hypocondriac ..still now i feel so..and sometimes i fear too much...i just want to ask one question...do i need to do a colonoscopy...i have done stool test everything is normal...
