Stomach Problems & Remedies

Every morning i need to go for motion at least 4 to 5 times and if i eat ouside food or any type of chilli then i pass burning stool. With plain homemade food there is no issues except passing stool number of times. Docter says it's IBS and it's not a decease but a disorder..which is not cure able. Guide me.

Yellow mucous like stool for past 3 days. On one occasion there was black stool and little blood came. currently taking O2(ofloxacin-oz) medicine. The frequency was 12 times on the first night. It reduced to 1-2 times after i took O2 since last 12 hrs.

My bilrubin is elevated consistently for the past 3 months (total:1.3-1.4; conjugated: 0.7-0.9). other liver enzymes are normal. abdomen ultrasound normal except for mild hepatomegaly. recently started noticing foamy urine but 24 hour protein was normal. feels hot all the time but no fever in thermometer. I am worried if it is related to biliary obstruction? I learnt that pancreatic cancer is one of the leading cause of biliary obstruction

I have fistula near anus from last 5 years. It generally occurs once a month. A discomfort of 2 to 3 days in a month. Can surgery cure the problem? I have also heard that long term fistula can also lead to cancer, is it true?
