I believe what you are referring to as IBD is inflammatory bowel syndrome. This is an autoimmune condition where in your body's immune system produces antibodies to your gut. I suggest do not try out ayurvedic treatment. U need allopathic treatment with constant supervision by a gastroenterologist. Please do not neglect as this is a condition that can be managed with drugs.
