He having abdominal pain. he went to local doctor. he said to scan abdominal and the result is appendicitis early stage. he said go for surgery as much as possible. But he is very poor not able to handle expenses. can you suggest me any low cost without surgery treatment available

Abdomen bloating even I eat small meal and loose stools some times grassy stool I am not able to lead normal life

I am suffering from acidity issue from last approx 5 months. Cold milk and banana taken together are happening to be boon for its remedy for me. However, when i stop the same for couple of days, the issue starts rising. I would like to know:1 whether such acidity problem impacts heart in a sense one starts feeling a bit pain on heart side? 2. what care should be taken by me in terms of food? 3. do you recommend me to undergo any treatment?

Frequently loose stools some times grassy stool passing and irrigation in below abdomen area and I feel bloated when I eat food even I eat small meal I go to toilet 3 times per day

From past years I was suffering with the bloating in my upper stomach, I have done with LTF, Endoscopy and etc. All the reports are normal. Whenever I drink water or eat something my upper stomach will bloat like a balloon. I also have Hypo thyroid and constipation problem too. Iam using tablets for thyroid. Can you please help me to get rid of my problems.

My father feels mild chest pain on left side and feels problm in breathing sometimes.In morning he even feels uneasyness & tension.He feels it might be because of gas.He even hs high BP.ECG is normal but cholesterol is 232.He is being because of work pressure.Kindly tell what could be the possible problem n suggestion.
