I have been diagnosed with IBS with diarrhoea . I have been eating VSL3 capsules for a month with no relief . Is there any treatment for this?

Madam treatment for IBS involves medication as well as modification in your diet ..kindly avoid milk....avoid rice...kindly do not do over eating..modification in attitude is also required.. Kindly sleep well...kindly do not take stress in any form..personal or professional.. There is nothing wrong with you..you will do fine..take care
