Hi, since last 6 years, severe pain in d inner part of both buttocks, n d area between testes and anus. white fluid during bowel. constant pain, never goes unless taken diclofenac. not due to any injury

I feel you have a fistula in ano sir.please get it checked by a general surgeon. It's a treatable condition. Get
