I have seen fresh blood in my stool 3 times this week , but no pain in stomach or anus . I have a good site of fruits and vegs , fitness is good , and no weekness in day activity ... I do smoke 1-4 cigs a day , not a regular drinker , and very scared right now

I am facing gastric issues. It happens at some point of time and not getting due to which food. My symptoms are sunken tired eyes, loss of apetite, sleep , and it will go away if I limit oily foods.
