Stomach Problems & Remedies

Iam suffering from heart burn for past 1 week . I was suggested to take gelusil.But it doesnt cure me.

He is Hep B patient (known for 7 years). Going for regular health checkup, last few years he has mild fatty liver and increased SGPT/SGOT. His HBV DNA is -VE. This year his SGPT/SGOT is normal but AST is slightly high from normal range (~10% high). His ultrasound report is normal (again mild fatty liver ) Height: 5 foot 6 inch Weight 72 Kg What should be our next steps (in past we have gone series of test suggested by doctor and each time only SGPT/SGOT was abnormal and rest of the test were normal). Does 10% high AST suggest liver is having any minor or major issue?

Swelling and pain in butts since 2 days, seems like external haemorrhoid. She took metrogyl 200 as advised by family doctor. Any advise or consulting service highly appreciated. Note that she prefers female doctors for personal consulting, if required. We are put up near Anna Nagar.

Now a days while doing bowel getting pain when I give pressure feeling that something is coming out through my anus. Previously when I consult Doctor he had suggested due to constipation you may giving pressure and Doctor had suggest to have AGIOLAX after food now if I sit for while I am getting pain on my buttocks.

My wife was suffering from severe pain in stomach at the centre of the stomach. So i admitted her to a hospital . Initialy ,While treatment she was given antibiotics & glucose. our doctor did xray and ultrasound. But all were normal. After that they did CT scan , in which some partial bowel narrowing and broadning detected in small intestine. To know more , single and double balloon enteroscopy was also done but both were normal. Now doctors doubt that there are symptoms of intestinal TB & wanted to go for TB medicine as a trial to see if it will make the difference in situation. One important thing is that my wife had the same problem/symptoms around 15 years ago , for which she was found to be infected with TB . She Carried out the whole treatment of TB medicine at Govt centres for TB. Now please help me because after discharge she is still facing pain in stomach. Moreover i doubt whether it may be TB again before taking TB course for her. please help.

Hi doctor, sometimes I am feeling some less fatigue with sunken eyes. I noticed that it is happening at sometimes. Also apetite will go down during this time. Is it due to food or do I need to take care? I had hepatitis a before 3 months.

I have been having this problem since past 3 years on and off.. when ever i pass stool i get severe stomach ache it had stopped in between but it has started again and now a days i feel puckish too..

Now a days my boards exams going on. So till date I have given 3 exams nd the problem is that when I woke up on the exam day I have strange sensation in my stomach nd I have vomited before every exam exactly at 8:45 whichever things I have eat earlier no night stuff is seen in the vomit only the things which were eaten after waking up orange juice nd papaya had also been vomited out. The main problem is vomit only happens on exam day not on any other day

I'm susuffering from haemmoroids since last six months I have been advised to undergo stapled Haemoroidichtomy onprocedure by my doctor. I wanted to know if i will be able to lead normal life after this procedure Will I still have to take sitz bath etc after surgery?

Mostly after dinner I hv pain at center of chest just below the last part of sternum...Sometimes severe pain...plz advice
