I want to lose weight in a month for a special family occasion.Please advise what routine shall I follow and foods to avoid? I have lactose and wheat intolerance.

You can loose around 3 kgs in a month by dieting alone... Adding exercise will make to 4-5. That's the maximum you can loose..avoid chapati and rice..eat only vegetables and fruits and salad..egg white.. Drink plenty of water and walk for 4 -5 kms every day.. You will be great by the time of the function.. Best of luck
