So since many months i have been seeing that my fasting sugar stayed high. But under 110.
But ppbs remains normal.
Recently since past few weeks, i have lost around 2kg of weight. Within 3-4 weeks.
And yesterday and today when i checked my fasting sugar, it came within 110-120. And i am urinating more. But the ppbs is normal.
I am scared now. Why am I losing weight?
I eat oats with peanut and sunflower seeds in the morning.
Rice dal and some veggies/chicken/egg in the lunch.
Rice&dal or 3 roti + some protein and veggies in the night.
That's my regular diet. I am 5'7, 66.5kg now(was 68.3) and sedentary lifestyle.
I am not sure what is going wrong. I am pooping more i mean consistency is good but the amount of stool is more. Is that ibs? I have a history of hpylori treatment. And should i take rifagut 550 for 5 days just to be safe? I am outside india so seeing a specialist is almost impossible.
