Stomach Problems & Remedies

How can I loose weight - Due to lifestyle restrictions I end up being very lazy and the sitting job is causing weight gain. I don't feel like working out - Feel very lazy. I end up eating poorly too most of the times, as cooking or getting dietry food on my own seems like way too big an effort.

Hii... i am having some problems which occur not everytime... but most of the time when i eat something.. i cant finish it.. i need to drink water twice or thrice to finish my meal... and also a week ago, there was blood in my stool.. it was embarrassing!! i am really avoiding outside food these days.. so i want to know what can i do to control this gastick? i have a thin body also... i blame gastick for this.. so plz suggest me what should i do? I am having gastric problem which causes unbearable Headache. Sometimes it happens when I dnt take meals for long duration nd sometimes when take meals nrmally. I hv tried avoiding foods which causes this issue but still no relief. Please suggest me what I can do to have relief from this problem

Hello Doctor, my problem is i am having serious gastick problems everytime when i eat something.. Always... and thats why i am getting stressed.. I fear that something bad will happen to me.. my blood pressure always stay low.. sometimes my mind get reeling... and also i get pain alot.. I am checking up with near by doctor.. who prescribed me Pantocid -D, Equirex, Clonax M.D.-0.25...When i stop taking any medicine my heartbeat rises up and feel pain nd nervous... i have been so weak now.. :( i dont know what to do.. From past few days i am gastric problem.. getting burbs and no hungry and feel always my stomach is very tight. i consult doctor and using tablets for gastric. Now from past 1 week in toilet getting black stool. what is the reason? is this due to the medicines or kind of ulcers?
