Chest and Stomach problem
From last one week I have very bad constipation and now I am feeling very heavy in my chest and stomach.I have tried all remedies but in vain.How can I solve my problem and how can I cure my constipation problem in future as well.

Hi..., Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers.
