Hello, you should be on strict diet ,whenever you give up diet plan and start having spicy ,oily foods problem recurs ,this is most common problem faced by some people. If you have indigestion have small frequent meals, Take fiber containing vegetables ,green leafy vegetables. Elevated TSH suggests Hypothyroidism ,Consult general physician ,levothyroxin tablets will be prescribed.
