Irregular bowel movement
I usually feel constipated when I skip a day to the bathroom (not intentionally), because of which I had to go through a bad fart, feeling heavy, stomach pain. What can I actually do to cure this once and for all!

Maintain good balance diet(fiber rich diet like-vegies and fruits )take one table spoon of castor oil or almond oil with warm water before going to bed
