Excessive gas and burning sensation in stomach and in intestine. Endoscopy shows antaral gastritis. Got treatment with antacids and other drugs ie pataprazole, ulrex D, ulrex. But gas and burning still continue. Burning has worsen. Can't sleep at night many days. Feels burning and itching few hrs after breakfast. All blood tests LFT KFT THYROID are normal. Low vitD and B. Feels weak, tired all the time. Weight loss around 6-7 kg lost in last one year. Suffering since last 2 years.

I want to consult you for my relative who is 77 year old female diagnosed to have Gall bladder cancer with metastasis to liver. Her CBD is dilated but she is not having jaundice now. Is it possible to do palliative stenting of CBD , even before developing jaundice keeping in view that jaundice will give trouble to my patient in future. M on treatment for my duodenal ulcer n eosophageal ulcer since last 8 mnths.I dnt hv any pain in stomach bt still i hv vomitin once in 10-12 days n my stools are dark sometimes.So cn u tel me hw mch more time will it tke to get cured fully.M takin only nexpro rd bfre brkfst dats it.Is something serious ?
