I have been suffering from constipation for six years and two years back i have piles and it is very painful please advice me what should i do

She feels pain in lower abdomen when ever she takes food specially in morning and day time, and passes stool three to four times a day. Has been taking medicine but gets relief temporarily. As soon as medication is over, the problem restarts. What is the best recourse?

Scan result and colonoscope result is normal.

I have a little pimple or boil kind rite in the opening hole of anus. I have difficulty in passing motion too if constipation is there otherwise it's fine. I have also noticed if I eat too spicy food I have in passing motion with pain. To which doctor should I consult?
