Hello Doctor, I recently got myself tested for HbsAg (As my Rotary blood donation report said my blood tested positive for HBV). The result says, Hepatitis B surface antigen is Reactive, and Patient value is 2426.12. I have attached the report. What further steps should I take?

My self jagadeesh, im a mariner.I got small lump ( katti in Tamil) right on the opening of my anus. I am extremely worried as I don't know what it is? It is about the size of a pea. When I ride a bike after sometime I couldnt able to sit and it itches or pains some times.. I had raised probably a couple of weeks ago. It burns a lot especially when I ride my bike and when I touch it.

Dr from last 2 year , I have constipation it is not continue it gone when I care of my diet . And I am not taking any medicines for this problem . So advised me should I consult someone or go for us or something.

After every meal she feels pain in chest and lot of burp for atleast 1 hour. She is also a gastric patient Please help what to do

I underwent colonoscopy on 1st April. Since then I am suffering from right side abdomen pain(from lower to upper abdomen) and chest pain with feeling of congestion. I asked my gastroenterologist and he said it must be due to gases and gave some medicines. But no effect. Please help.

Two years ago in July, I had an episode of colitis that lasted for about 5 days and after which I thought I had a full recovery. However, ever since last year around July again, I suddenly started having cramps and bloating around the large intestine which also led to an unexpected increase in weight. This problem has evolved to become a daily one and everyday I have bloating around intestinal regions and now at the stomach region as well, leaving my entire gut to feel sore and full of air. I find it hard to clear the gas in the gut although I do pass gas and burp more often than before. I can no longer eat spicy or dairy food as it causes my gut to cramp and swell really badly. I did a colonscopy and endoscopy but no findings were made. I have been taking probiotics daily and nexium but both doesn't seem to help anymore.

I have got continuous stomach pain from one week.I have consulted a doctor who gave me medicines metrogyl,pantodac,becifil.I have completed the course still not getting recovered.full of gas in my stomach .feeling as if am carrying heavy thing in my stomach .

Gas is generated often, so I would want to know, where the gas is generated? It smells very badly like a rotten rat. What are the causes for this problem? What are the precautions to be taken??

Observations- Liiver CT scan normal, Fibroscan 10.4, platelet 1 lac, cirhosis "Unlikely" as suggested by doctor, Esophegal Varices, no bleeding yet, spelomegaly 13.7.What is causing Varices if Cirrhosis is unlikely? Doctor gave Beta Blocker, is it treatable? I am attaching CT scan report.

His lower abdomen is becoming very fat . He eats very less but is becoming obese . Specially the lower abdomen part .
