My dad suffering from piles since 30 days, he met a doctor in jagtial and the doctor said that operation is mandatory. So please let me know is there any treatment without surgery.

Suffering from digestion problem since so many years...tests like endoscopy,colonoscopy undergone but problem still exists

I have been suffering from constipation for the past 2 months (feeling of not passing stool completely in the morning). Post that, the feeling sometimes last the entire day and I am even straining while passing stool. On and off I have been taking lactulose which gives some relief but not completely. I was taking lactulose twice a day but now I am taking it once every night. Currently trying to include enough fiber and water into the diet (trying to drink 3-3.5 litres of water). However, relief isn't permanent and I notice that certain kinds of food make my more constipated (white rice, chicken etc.) It's been an unhappy difficult situation. What do you advise I do and get rid of this problem? Should I try some Ayurvedic or other natural methods.

Constant pain, vomit since last two year. consulted many doctors but no solution found till now. had ct scan last month, it showed Condition of Intestinal TB. what should i eat. what type of food is preferred?

I am suffering through incomplete stool evacuation since 3 years. Even the time required for evacuation is more. And have to visit toilet several times in a day. Recently noticed blood particles, tissues and bloody mucus in stool. Got colonoscopy done. Doctor said everything is fine. I want a second opinion. I have attached my report. Fissure operation was done 5 months back... after tat i dont feel much constipation... I have altered the diet nd doing good... but I feel tat i have some white cloudy discharge from ano... I doubt it to be pus... is that a serious prob .. should nd get back to the surgeon immediately...
