Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am getting foul smell in mouth though it is hygiene. I could feel that the odour has its origin in my stomach. Whenever I take alcohol, I don't get this odour. So alcohol is a sort of medicine for me. can someone prescribe me the right and permanent medicine for my problem? Thanks in advance.

I have constipation since childhood however for last 1.5 years it has aggravated. it has lead to rectal bleeding or piles. i consulted doctor six months ago. but in last one month i can see blood everytime i pass the stool. its bright red. followed by rectum pain nd discomfort in sitting. sometimes itching. but i am not being able to find a olution to hard stool. please help me

Doctor has prescribed ofloxacin pkus ornidazol. Twice a day. When i take this medicine, After a couple of hours i feel exhausted, weak and very lethargic. Is it normal?

I am feeling heaviness at right side stomach when am walking and running most of Time...feeling also heavy at sitting bt not to much. I have gastric gerd issue.is it due to that.??.i dont have any bed habits like drink smoking all stuff.and not feelings and kind of pain..only feel heavy. I have been facing the problem of Anus itching at all times. I put in extra efforts to keep it clean and dry but it is going on for a few months now. I get a temporary relief by applying mustard oil but that's very temporary.
