Pain in stomach
Pain in stomach and lips is getting dry, get little bit relief after pass the toilet, he had khichdi at afternoon but he had pani puri in th evening so the pain is started after 20 min, pain is not going after passing the toilet also.. stomach is full tight getting sickness.

Probably he has had food poisoning. If he's taking food normally, give madeephala rasayana 2tsp with water once in every 4 hrs.
