Digestion and gas problem
My stomach is paining after lunch or taking any good meal. I don't consume alcohal and I am vegetarian.

Hi..., looks like you are suffering from Gastritis.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make gastritis worse... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day....
