USG confirms for inflamed liver and sludge in my gall bladder..Doctor Gastrologist have suggested me to remove my bladder..Is there any alternative instead of removal....I mean any medicines.

M facing period problem since so many years....every mnth m facing dis problem some time I miss my period for 2 mnths.n wen it come the flow is vry less....m unmarried... I go through the test.. Dr said dat my insuline is high.... She give me some medicines for insuline for 15 days Dan I fell dat my period cum in vry gud flow... Next mnth she increase my dose but m not confortable wid dat dose... Whenever I take those medicines I fell like vomiting... Dan I stop medicines.. Iam on dialysis since 7yr,I was taking pantoacid L since 8 months. My body started moving involuntary, so doctor stopped pantoacidL. As a result iam getting severe acidity and not able eat anything. My bp is always low so iam in trouble help me out.

I had 16mm ureteric stone in left side.it has been removed through uteroscopic sugery. but still i have dull pain some times .why
