try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep...I would advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30 mg and a probiotic...further treatment depends upon stool examination reports Consult nearest physician they will do the needful

Hello... Based on the history given by you, I think its either due to GIT infection or gastritis/ indigestion. If its GIT infection then antibiotics/ anti-amoebic drugs are helpful to control infection.... Probiotics/ lacto bacilli sachets can help in forming protective flora in the gut....if its gastritis then try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above..kindly consult a nearest physician for further management..
