Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have major gastric issues especially during the second half of the days. My stomach starts bloating starting afternoon n I feel too bloated by evening . I am not sure if it's becoz of lactose intolerance . I have tried avoiding milk, fried food, spicy food but in vain . I just need this to stop . Can this be hereditary ?i am just fed up . I feel so uncomfortable and painful during the second half of the day . It's every day!! N it gets really embarrassing. Is there a cure ? Without tablets ?

I am having burning sensation in my stomach & chest and I burp constantly, more often when I intake water. I am having motion 4-5 times a day, in small quantities and in semi-solid or solid form. I don't smoke or drink alcohol, my diet includes 3-4 chapatis at both in breakfast/dinner and rice in afternoon. I drink milk tea two times a day, intake of water is over 4 litres a day. Please suggest what type of fruits and veggies I shall consume and is there a need to intake any medicine. For immediate relief what needs to be done.

Gas is forming constantly, I feel at any point of time there is enough gas in my stomach. I burp regularly whenever I intake water. How to get rid of this. Want to emty my stomach from gas all at once. Please suggest an immediate solution.

My mother has gas problem since 2 years. She does not eat anything oily or spicy which could further irritate her problem but she doesn't seems to be relieved from it. Every second day, she has her gas problem. It is getting very uncomfortable for her. Please suggest some sort of a diet medicine or remedy as soon as possible.

I am 31 years old and work in IT company , I have to work in shifts , suffering with hyper acidity.....from past 2 years i am facing sudden chest pain , back ache , nausea ,stomach ache , difficulty in breathing etc, i had visited the doctors at midnight a large number of times , i thought i had a heart problem as had severe chest pain , i had all my tests done like ECG , blood count , stress test , 2d echo , gastroscopy , sonogrpahy , however everyone says its just acidity taking pills before food since long like pan d , pan 40 , rablet , histac dispersible , dumstall, etc ........PLEASE SUGGEST would this be for life long or does it have permanent solution.

I got abdomen pain with loose motion. I have already taken the medicine but whenever I ate something I again feel that I need to go to toilet for defecation. This is happening since two days and some times I feel Fever too

I have severe problem of reflux which gets worse with potato, tea, stored food, saoji food and many more which I am not sure whether it would be related.. I take pan 40 with relief but it recurs.. I also took HP kit with no relief.. Amy permanent solution to this problem? Your expert opinion please and multiple doctors can advise me..
