Stomach Problems & Remedies

I eat a lot, but still m underweight. my age is 22 and my weight is 40. I am irritated with the problems of my stomach, i.e. few days loose motion and few days constipation with gastric problem. This cycle goes on. I am hosteler so i can't expect healthy food from my hostel. Kindly suggest me for a proper diet, that if I follow then can gain some weight. Also m unable to digest milk and egg especially in summers. Kindly Help me.

Just outside on my asshole crack right where it ends there is a bump like a tumor type it is.. i hope its not a tumor or anything because i saw it and its just a colour of my skin its not very hard but kind off a bump only.. very small.. i have this since 1 mnth.. i thought at the begining that it might be because of my nails maybe i scratched or something.. but now its not going.. i am worried. I'm doing Setiz bath as prescribed by a doctor but still I find that the fissure is not getting cured, the pain is increasing day by day. My bowel movement is good but obstruction is the only problem. Please help me with a resolution.

Due to terrible eating habits, I've had a clogged system for almost 4 years of my bachelors degree having to take dulcolex or kayam churan tablets to empty my system once a week. After joining a job, eating habits had improved a lot but still the same problem persisted. Now since last 2 weeks, I'm entirely on salads, boilee vegetables & home food diet but still within a week or 2, stomach gets clogged again making no bowel movements. Could there be a problem in the system? Or is it just improper eating habits?
