I suffer from gas problems. My stomach bloats after meals and i feel acid reflux quite frequently. Lately, I have started feeling lower back pain and I feel tired all the time. Towards morning, when I am about to wake up, I feel acute stomach ache that goes away only after morning motion. I occasionally drink and smoke. I am non vegetarian but I eat non veg food very less frequently.

Hiii..... best way to avoid all suffering is changing ur routine.. Take morning walks 1/2hr daily... After dinner walk for sometime... u shud hav atleast 3-4 hrs gap betwn dinner and sleep.... Take C.Omee 20 1/2hr before Breakfast
