15 days before i was having blood in my stool without pain i consulted doctr he gave me medicine n then i was fyn. But now since last 4 days i have got swollen muscles around mu anus like piles . I just wanna confrm if its piles or not . External piles? I m giving the photo pls dont mind i m sorry . I just wanna confirn what this is actually .

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
It surely does look like it but I wouldn't still say it is piles(haemorrhoids) without examining in person.
I would suggest you to consult a general Surgeon in person. Let him perform a examination on you, then he will tell you if it's piles, what kind of piles etc.
Have a high fiber food.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Avoid sitting for long time. Don't lift heavy objects.
Consult a general surgeon as soon as possible.

It looks like a pile mass external centinile tag. You can undergo ksharasutra in Ayurveda centre as a treatment.
