Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I have chronic acidity problems, even my mom and dad has history of gastric and acidity. I have struggled my life with acidity. I have tried various diet to control it, including eating raw and eating at regular intervals of two hours. After moving to bangalore it has become worse and lately it is very bad. I usually take 150mg Zintac after lunch to control it followed by omez during morning if it is still there. From past two weeks it is really worse, I wake up with vomiting sensation in the morning and get heart burn with in one hour of breakfast. I usually have breakfast at 7. By 10 heart burn is fine but I can feel I have acidity. Same thing happens after lunch which I take around 12:30. In between I have one portion of fruit. After 4 it gets worse, no heart burn but I can feel acidity via blurb. I don't get any gas. I get gas during night time, but not much. So if I take Zintac after lunch and dinner, I am absolutely fine. Please recommend what should I do..

I have IBS since 8 years. Been to gp. No one gives any solution. Can IBS be solved or can I be IBS free?? Is there a permanent solution. I am fed up with cramps abdominal pain urge to clear weight loss and all the remedies and Fodmap. Not able to gain weight. Pls help.

I have constant dull stomach pain associate with lower rib pain accompanied with bloating and gas , with sometimes dull ache on right side of belly . Hi does BP Medicine impact on other body parts. My husband is having high BP bt day before yesterday he got his sonography done according to that his liver Size Is Normal With Increased Echo Pattern. What does it mean. Is it increasing because of his BP Medicine. Medicine name is nebicard5. He is not at home from last 8 months because of his job and he takes outside food also. It can be also one reason behind of increased liver. Pls let me know. Thanks reply awaited

I am seeing blood in my stool for around 2 weeks now. Though the blood amount is not huge but it is very fearing for me. Also sometimes the stool that I pass becomes excessively soft than normal. Kindly suggest for remediation plzz.
