Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have developed acidity from past 1 month. It always feels burning in my throat specially in the night time. Have also noticed constipation from past 1 week. I try not to eat in the night but that induces more acidity and gas. I think I drink sufficient water. Could not help this acidity and gas go. Please help.

When my friend drinks milk in empty stomach in morning or at niight before going to bed, she develops gas issues and sometimes her stomach becomes upset. she had stopped drinking milk for 2 years and now it has been around 6 months since she began having milk again. She is facing the problem for the past 6 months. Is it beacause of the milk or something else? Any cure or precaution for the same?

Hi, Since one month I am having stomach pain, it occurs at interval of every few days. Firstly pain will start from back bone and then it will come to belly. I am not having fever and few time I have vomiting also. While peeing also I having pain. Can u please suggest me what should I do?
