Hello .
Well there are few common causes of pain
Irregular bowel habits,
Colitis,
Food poisoning,
Some posture or exercise leading to muscle pull,
Kidney stones etc.
Once meet a doctor and rule out the causes..
Make sure you drink ample amount of water...have home cooked food and avoid very spicy and oily food...thank you
