Stomach problem

For many months i am suffering from the problem of gas and goes to latrine 2to 3 times ...i feel that the stool will come but sime times it doesnot ...i have heard about some excessive heat in the body which prevents the function of digestive system...also my left nose tends to explode and blood came out of it whenever i take some foods like dry fruit, khajur or any other items which develops heat in the body or whose character is heat producing, i m not able to take milk as is causes stomach pain may be due to lactic acid ...i dont able to understand what is the riot cause of it ...though i take tea twice but for last 20 days i m not eating anything spicy even though i face problems ...suggest me some home remedies or external treatment ...currently i m taking isabgol husk to clean my stomach ...suggest me some items which i can take in my diet

Ohh dear just take liquid paraffin 20 ml at night with water.. and drink lot of water and eat vegetables and papaya to avoid constaipation. I think it may be a irritable bowel syndrome.. are you bit anxious..?

Avoid spices,non veg ,and take light food plenty of Buttermilk, take medication AVIPATHIKARA CHOORNAM 100 grams+PANCHAMRITA PARPATI 10 grams mix both and take 3 grams twice daily with buttermilk after food ,TAB BILWADI GUTIKA 2 tab twice daily after food for 30 days.

Dear Friend , have you done any reports like Usg-Abdomen or endoscopy etc , as per your talking it seems like severe gastritis case but it should be ruled out first ! and if you have constipated bowel then kindly request to take plenty of liquids in a day ,barley water is also helpful to you , avoid junk food and spicy,oily food routinely ! Avipattikar churna + mukta Pishti1o gm + praval Pishti 10 gm take twice in adat before food, Panch sakar churna ! tea spoon full with luke warm water at bed time, tab.gasex 2 bd with luke warm water after food.dont take waterintake instantly after food. avoid day sleep and night mares ! butter milk after food is also help ful to you

It is caused due improper digestion of food. This condition is called Grahani in Ayurveda. Its good that you have made changes in your diet.
Next Steps
Take light Diet well cooked food,drink more water buttermilk, pomegranate, sleep early, sit in vajrasana after food, avoid fried spicy, oily, heavy, diary food, high fibrous and high protein food.

Take Lavana bhaskara choorna o.5gms with buttermilk twice after food. mustarista 15 ml twice with water after food

Hi... Please take meals at proper time, Like Breakfast@ 8-9 Am, Lunch@ 1-2 pm, Dinner@ 8-9 pm. In between don't eat anything Because the meal you taken need to digest properly. At evening 5-5.30 pm you can have tea.
Avoid eating Bakery product, overnight Food, Fermented Food, Junk Food, milk & milk products & Nonveg For 5-6 months
Eat simple food Like Chapati, Bhaji, Dal, Rice, salad, Boiled vegetables .
Don't eat Dryfruits now.
Take 1) Jeerakadyarishta 4 tsp +Water 4 tsp mix it and have it afternoon & Night.
2) Hingwashtak Tablet 2-2-2 Morning, afternoon & Night with Lukewarm water.
3) Tapayadi Loha 3-3 Tablet morning & Night with Luke warm water.
