Paining lower abdomin
Having pain in lower left side abdominal and it get increases after any physical and sports activities. Also pain in my waist due to this.

You need a ultrasonography to rule out stones.  If normal a physician will be able to help you.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  There are a whole lot of causes that could be there. Muscular pains, pains associated with rebal or uretric stones, certain infections could be some probable ones. Pain increasing with sports. ..means it is muscular pain but still need to rule out stone in ureter or kidney....suggested to do usg abdomen and kub...threafter treat accordingly
