I can understand your concern.
There are a whole lot of causes that could be there.
Muscular pains, pains associated with rebal or uretric stones, certain infections could be some probable ones.
Just consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.

Pain increasing with sports. ..means it is muscular pain but still need to rule out stone in ureter or kidney....suggested to do usg abdomen and kub...threafter treat accordingly
