Stomach is paining since 6 months but not at 1 place some time front some time back some time lower abdomen

Constant stomach and back ache loose motion burps i feel the above things when i have stomach ache

I'm having problems of hard stool, and recently I ate some bread and pizza, since then facing chronic constipation. I feel like there is something stuck (i.e. hard stool) in my colon. So kindly suggest some practical and ever lasting solution.

After eating any thing (breakfast,lunch or dinner or snack)gas formation is started n continuously I feel uneasy. My stomach always full with gas. Since three month I am suffering with this problem.

Dear Doctor, I'm having continuous outbreaks of acne for the past 7 years or so. Have visited different dermatologists, took different medications/applied ointments etc. But still those seems to be temporary cure. I feel that this outbreak is due to improper digestion. I have had issues with stomach problems but never received an accurate diagnosis. It went from inside to coelinitus to possible cancer. I get cramp which cause fatigue, vomiting and dark blood in my stool but bright blood in my vomit. In the last year if I take any medications these symptoms are triggered almost instantly starting with cramps and the constant need for the loo followed by dizziness vomiting, diariorh and a break down of my motor functions. I also wake up in burning agony in my stomach and chest followed by vomiting. My friend suggested that it may all have started from coeliacs disease and an allergy to nsaip

Weird uneasiness and mass feeling below the right ribs of the stomach. The uneasiness goes to the back at times. No swelling though
