Ive been experiencing diarrhea for almost 24 hours and i vomit twice the last morning. I took a medicine (Imodium to be exact) but it didn't effect.

Hello.Docter.. I had a perirectal abscess in feb 17. i went hpl and performed I and D. Abscess are drained and wound was heeled but again the wound dehiscense to open and bleed from same site and now i have severe pain and bleed and intestinal Air and liquied passed in I and D site open..I suspected If any perforation in rectum and then direct connection between Colon and perirectal area....kindly ask any treatment for non surgical way..because i have no money for major procedure.

I am suffering from severe acidity and refux disease since last 17 years. 3 times endoscopy done. slight hitus hernia. lot of medication n treatment done but still same problem. stress main reason for my problem. i m non alcoholic, non smoker. Cant eat anything.

Even with little food my stomach feels full and it is bloating after the meal with too much of burp throughout the day.

I seem to be having strong reaction by eating raw onions.I had severe stomach pain followed by acidity and then loose stools and cramping in my stomach.This is the second time I had this and both the times I had raw onions.I never had this problem before..its happening only over a last 2 months..I love onions..Should I completetly avoid them..or is there a way out..please help...I am 30, female and a mother of 3 year old

I am facing this acidity problem from more than a year. But from last couple of month it has increased in terrible way. Many times consulted local doctor they gave me some medicine, which gives relief for few days and then back to same.. currently facing hyper acidity and gastric problem. Please give me some permanent solution as I am just 26yrs old male, people of my age eat everything they like, but I am not able to.. Please suggest.

Please help me with getting cured with SIBO. Really frustrated after taking many medicines.. don't know whom to contact. What to do..

I am 23 , i was diagnosed with GERD 7 months back and started on 1.esomeprazole 40mg and Levosulpiride 75mg OD with 2.Acotiamide 100mg TID . In the course of 7 months , my antacid was changed from pan-L to Nexpro-L to Rabeprazole-L and now back to OCID-L (esomeprazole levosulpiride) with acotiamide and apetite syrup My GERD symptoms have subsided and my apetite has improved . But i have developed amenorrhea/oligomenorrhea since 1 month and feeling little drowsy . Is it because of LEVOSULPIRIDE ? should i continue my course or stop it ?

My mother 58 years old is suffering from constipation from few days, even with normal routine diet which consists of Rice and twice in a week chapathi's made of wheat flour, She is facing constipation problem. Since the doctors have advised that if the constipation persists they have to increase the dosage of BP tablets - She is bit worried about this. Should she stop eating chapathi ? Does it slowers digestion ?
