Headache in temple area increased when moving stomach puking and bathroom issues and i need a doctors note but dont have the ability to do so missed three days of work

4 days back I got very bad pain in left bottom side of ribs and left shoulder. I take Anti spasmodic tablet and antacid and got relief. And daily I am getting pain from last 4 days in same stomach area and shoulder but a bearable pain. I had gastric problem and I take rablet-d on daily basis. Plz suggest me .. Thanks

I have been having gas problems for a few years now, i vomit out if I overeat or have airated drinks. This gas problem I guess I also making me lazy & causing back pain. I have been an active person but lately not been able to do any exercise. Kindly suggest remedial course.

Consulted Gastroenterologist. Suggested Pegmove powder and PAN 40 tablet. This was for gastric trouble. However after taking powder 2 spoons at night & in morning, there was loose motion and uneasiness (Ghabrahat) like when u take high power medicine. Also vomited couple of times. Continuously taking juices & Enerzal powder. Anything to stop uneasiness?
