Because of a low activity lifestyle and regular junk food and soft drink consumption, I have gained weight and put on fat in the belly area. I was diagnosed with moderate bilateral nephrolithiasis a few months ago and completed medication fully. I also get constipated. My appetite is normal and I don't skip meals.
