Stochmach pain in right side abdomen eat any thing stochmach have tight and constipation liver inlarge is 18 cm what can I do help us

I'm having this uncomforting feeling in stomach may be due to gas.Upon putting pressure on upper side of stomach i feel the pain otherwise there is no pain only slight enlargement of stomach.

I am having severe acidity ,flatulence,stomachache immidiately after eating anythingand constipation continuosly since i consumed about 20-30 ml harpic two days ago

Iam having a constant pain in stomach for last three four days.i also consulted the doctor he said that it's a gastric problem and given the tablets but not getting any relief from that,then he given injection for pain relief , but getting relief for only 24 hours after taking the injection and again pain will start .iam a diabetic and BP patient . I want to know the root cause of the problem.please advice what to do.

Hello doctor I'm suffering from a itching feel inside my anus from last 2 days. I feel little uncomfortable during the loo and also the itching increases if I sit for a longer time at work. I went for sgpt test and value is 64 .but sogt and ggt repots are under control. There is any problem or its OK.
