"Hepatetis B quantitative is 1943IU/Ml,SGOT 30IU/ml SGPT 38IU/Ml, Hbsag end titre with dilution is 1718.73IU/ml, HBV hepatetis B viral load 11308 copies/ml, MR elastomer report for Liver is normal, Please suggest a treatment for it.I am 29years old male, please advise treatment on it, and can be completely cure for this.

Suffering from stomach pain 3-4 days, loose motion not much liquid, mouth ulcers , weakness . Mourh ulcers are frequent with me. Lazyness, pain in ulcers. Stool is not much liquid, yet frequent.

My upper stomach has been hurting 2 days, yesterday I had sense that I was gonna vomit all day, but I vomited only 3 times. I had light vertigo but no diarea. I could have stomach virus, or I could have a cold, but I am worried that I had a expired beer 2 nights ago, (only one) and that I have food poisoning.

I am a worrier. I've gone to the doctor for a few different things I was convinced was wrong with me and each time they tell me it's stress and anxiety. I was diagnosed with IBS, no specific tests for that diagnosis though, just me telling my doctor my symptoms. I had a lot of blood work done, everything came back normal, doctor actually said excellent. I worry that the IBS symptoms I experience could be something different, like maybe my liver. If my liver enzymes were in perfect range, could I still have problems with my liver, like cirrhosis? Should I feel confident that I'm in good health and I just have digestive issues and nothing more? My brain goes to liver problems to bowel cancer to stomach cancer, etc.
