Need help and how to go for treatment suffer from gas nausaea no positive result so for feeling pain in my back and esophagus.

I'm 57 yr old,I don't eat anything from outside or any kind of junk at all I only cook myself . But I've severe stomach ache since last 10days (unbearable pain) and I have pain in my food pipe aswell. Kindly suggest something as soon possible

I have gas problem whole day right after waking up in the morning to dinner maximum gas in the evening relief after passing gas(farting)

I am feeling something is there in my oesophagus and my shoulders and back Is aching. It feels like something unswollen is there in the food pipe

I always have acidity problem and constipation i have a feeling of gas formation in the stomach continuously

Stomach became loos several times in a day but automatically became normal .after sometime became loos

I've been having stomach gas since 3 years, i have tried every possible medicine. I go to toilet so less, what ever i eat is mostly turned into gas and weight has also decreased now (49 kg) only. I have done endoscopy aswel which the result was re-flux strategists grade A. on every single 20 to 30 minutes there is gas in the stomach. actually this disease came into existence where i tried to become fat (gain weight), i ate something like protein without exercise not knowing that this could create this disease for me. and now it's little becoming dangerous like heart burn and no interest to food etc. Kindly Suggest what to do. Thanks So Much in Advance.

I have a huge belly which is very hard. I tried exercising to reduce the bulge but it refuses to go. The trainer suggested I consult a doctor as he thinks it is not fat.

GASTRIC ISSUES PAIN IN STOMACH, INFLAMMATION, BLOATING, ACIDITY AND CONSTIPATION. I HAD PANCHKARMA AND ALLOPATHIC TREATMENT. BUT ALL IN VAIN. ULCERS LIKE PAIN IN STOMACH.

I have been pain in my stomach and also I m suffering from fever and pain in body from a very long time..now a days m unable to eat properly as m feeling so much pain to swallow anything pls suggest what is the problem and what should I do.
