Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from stomach infection from past 2 weeks , I am unable to find out which food in my diet is causing the same. I always drink mineral water . I have noticed that this happens generally when I eat spicy food , there is burning in stomach and then I have to go to toilet for freshening up twice or thrice. I also feel that I have on/off hemorrhoids.

Often whole stomach pain, it is getting bulge especially after eating, feels like stomach will burst

I've been suffering from irregular bowel movement for the last 5 years.Earlier it was not so chronic,but now it is out of control.Mornings are nightmare for me .I have to attend nature calls at least for 4-5 times every morning,due to which other spheres of life have been badly affected.I retire to bed early(most probably by 11 pm) and woke up at 5 am , and does regular exercises like brisk walk,stretching etc in open area(ground) and in the evening plays outdoor games .Also , i don't smoke or drink either and eat simple food .In afternoon i don't have lunch due to workplace remote location,but i regularly have breakfast and dinner,in addition to that i have fresh fruit juices.But despite of following simple food regime and lifestyle it is not giving me the desired results.Kindly help me out to figure out the problem.

My stool is not proper since one year...and i dont get to eat proper house food so i guess its that problem

From Past 2 weeks fever is on n off started wid cold. Treatment followed by general physician near our home but no proper results still having fever Body pain, head ache, improper digestion. No tests have been done yet

Gas problem , non stop belching because of that. Vomiting sensation . consitipation. fever sometimes because of that issue. All tests done no evident problem other than gas

My daughter aged 2.5 yrs has been having severe constipation for the past 6 months. She was on laxopeg for almost 2 months (December and January). And then had loose motions for a month and now constipation. For the past 7 months now her stomach has been like this.its never normal. She was in the USA till end of September last year. And after coming back to India her diet had changed alot.
