Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from stomach pain for a week I feel burning like pain in my left upper abdomen Whenever i eat something the pain gets lessen but after an hour it starts again Whenever i touch or press that area i feel pain. I have gone through blood tests and ultrasound of whole abdomen but there was nothing in that. Are these the symptoms of ulcer?

Suddenly at night,my father had stomach pain and it is continue until now.He is not feeling well ,going through severe pain on the right lower side of his stomach .he has taken some medicines and a mixture powder

Wierd sound is felt in stomach as if food is not being digested properly. Also i have to go washroom more than usual but not having loose motion. Mouth and tongue ulcers are also there from a few days which clearly indicate some gastric problem.

I have loose motion after taking eldoper for last 10 days after stopping medicine it start again with noise in stomach.

I have go to my washroom my potty is starting i see my potty colot is black and no smeel it in potty what is reason behind this

I take pantocid DSR in morning empty stomach almost every day. But whenever eat something the chest starts burning. Even sometimes I feel severe pain chest and back due to gas. I feel like vomiting sometimes. Eno sometimes gives a local solution. What should I do?

Irregular motion : 2 time in a day with constipation, gas, acidity, laziness in body. please reply soon.
