Stomach Problems & Remedies

I went to use the bathroom and sat on the toilet, and noticed bright red blood in the toilet. I didn't poo when this happened. I am in no pain or anything. I have been taking a little more of the recommended dose of excederin (taking 3 or 4 pills instead of the recommended 2) and also more than the recommended dose of fish oil (I don't need fish oil, just take it for good health reasons). Could that possibly explain it? I am 27, male,6'3, and weigh 240 pounds.

Burning at lower right abdomen since last 2 months , light coloured undigested stool for last 6 months, skin rash and itching for last 2 weeks. Feeling weakness, nausea but never vomit, discomfort after eating meal. Burning at lower right abdomen goes to  lower back sometime. Feeling relief by applying some cold water at burning area.

Irregular pain in the mid region of the stomach , crap feeling with pain reaching the mid back region. feeling of gas and burps,especially after eating

Food not digested, floating stool, food particles also shown in stool, anus itching problem, sometimes feel cut pains in abdominal, mostly in lower abdomen...feel pain in joints early in the morning (after sleep) mostly in feet joints...please suggest what can I do

I have severe acidity prob whenever i eat something spicy and i have also faced some issue like blood from my stool and pain in stomach. Have consulted the doctor before also but the treatment he gave helped me with temporary solution but still i am facing the acidity prob and today i have also noticed some blood tracts in my stool

Iam feeling severe gas in my stomach.it was painful.some times only on right side of the he stomach pls do nsedfull

I (70 yrs) have diagnosed with Ovarian Cyst recently & consulted a Doctor (PG Dip Geriatric Medicine FGNI) for treatment. I am taking medician as prescribed by him along with High BP & Diabetic but experiencing bloated stomach with continuous gastric problem, not relaxing in bathroom and feeling weak/ numb always. Plz advise me to get rid of this issue.
