GERD or what please tell?
Hi doctor when sometime I sleep I get a very sour taste(like acid) in back of my mouth and I feel there is something in my throat I burp many times and my neck also pains some time and I feel nauseated while eating what should I do?? I am experiencing this from a year and also burning sensation??

Yes..this is severe acid reflux... Due to loose valve in food pipe..you require to do endoscopy To see how bad it is..see gastroenterologist soon..u may need valve tightening to prevent and cure symptoms
