Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have fundal erosion gastric problem and fatty liver problem also. Which medicines better for me. After taking my meals I feel heavy and little beat pain in my stomach. Please help me and suggest me sir.

Going to toilet for 5, 6 times in a day during normal days. constipation during abnormal days. constipation causes regular headache

I am having problems of excess burping and I am not able to pass the gass. I am a software developer and I had to sit more than 8 hours.
