Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been facing the problem in every Summer from the last 6 years. I am a 60 year old lady. I don't eat much junk or oily food but Still face this problems. Even my body temperature gets high during this period. 100-101. I have been consulting doctor's but it's not been cured yet. Please help me out.

Whenever I consume something or eat my tounge becomes dirty I have to use tounge cleaner all the time. After that I also feel light from stomach. Please advise

I am not going to motion irregularly, for two or three days like that. But i am feeling hungry and having food on time. I am taking 1.5 lit of water. Plz give solution. I have taken water like 2.4 Litres also. But no result.
