Really bad stomach pain with black stool
Yesterday I had a serious pain in my lower abdomen (bottom left) and a dull pain around the stomach. I went to the loo where I noticed my stool was very black and looked tarry. I fainted last night and have felt faint all day with a splitting sore head. The pain in my stomach is only getting worse and worsens more when I take painkillers.

Hello...your symptoms are highly suggestive of GI bleed from underlying peptic ulcer... So don't neglect and go to an emergency department and get evaluation with Gastroenterologist...You may require blood tests and upper GI endoscopy...
