Stomach Problems & Remedies

My stomach getting hard everyday after completed my meal at both after noon and night, and some times  I felt like upper abdominal discomfort,even iam taking little amount of food , and not able to drink water because of that, and if I try to drink it becomes more harder, iam facing constipation issues, iam facing this issues from the last one year.

My 3 year old daughter having stomach pain with vomiting since for 1 day .we give oflomac M forte syrup and ondam syrup and cyclopam syrup but still she have stomach pain with less vomiting. Please suggest some better

I sometimes see my stool comes red colour. I doubt if it is blood or not. One month ago I have tested my haemoglobin and it is 13.6. I think if there is blood in stool then haemoglobin must have came below normal range. Please advise

Since one year I have had a constipation issue . I have to take medicine to clear my stomach . There is no bowel moment . Recently I did colonoscopy as well the reports are normal . After taking triphala also nothing happened. Please suggest how to get relief from it .

I get loose motion frequently... whenever i have food, i get stomach upset since 1 week.. whatever i eat goes away..

After eating anything my stomach becomes tight and i feel very weak due to this i was unable to sleep at night i am also taking dsr tablets but does not help
